I have 320k on 5.4 3v now and it is starting to drop compression on a few cylinders. So I think Im going the power train route as it appears they have the best one out there. So in doing this I'm going to purchase new plugs Coils and bosch injectors probably 4 or 6 holes.also going with new exhaust headers and stainless studs. New idlers water pump etc. So who sells the best exhaust headers Ford? I want to do this correct ill use ford 511 Coils and 546 plugs.and ford water pump.

The other deal is I started getting the 0714 tranny code now and then. It sometimes hesitates shifting to low then catches the rest of the gears are fine. Im going to order the solenoids and harness. Anyone else expierience this.? Thanks
