I wonder why there are so many choices of tail gate caps to choose from for Chevy & Dodge trucks, but little or none for a 2007 or 2008 FX2. I find one or 2 stainless steel. I would like a good quality plastic one in black. If I am, wrong, someone please show me some good options. My truck lost it's tail gate cap. thanks

 

Summitracing has the Bushwacker plastic caps in diamond plate or smooth.

I have been trying to find the "whaletail" cap for mine, but I only see those for Chevy.

Those are for the small Fords only, I checked application and it was a no go. I have a message into Bushwacker.

 

I just put one of these on my truck. Freakin cheap and looks great!

Hah dang, yeah I got it a couple weeks ago so it hasn't said not for sale for long. Must have just been a special blowout price. It really isn't that large, very nice looking.

 

yeah the one I had in my cart and the side rails I had from bushwacker are all gone from summit racing. Maybe with the 2014 there is a change and we will be relegated to the Old old bed style...
