Default federal couragias 35x12.5x20?

Needing tires pretty soon and saw wherea few guys were running these on here. I have the stock king ranch 20" rims on my rig... Would the 12.50 be to wide ... I am afraid it may rub the upper control arm/ball joint? What you guys think.

What year model? Not sure that matters but I saw a 2013 FX4 Screw with 35 x 12.5 I think on 18 inch factory wheels and the tire was about 1 inch from the upper joint. I crawled under it and didn't see any marks on the tire so I guess it didn't rub any. Hope this helps I'm sure someone with more experience will chime in.

I'm running 33" Feds and I ran 35" Feds on my old truck it's a good tire. On my 2011 I have them On 20"s I have 2" wheel spacers cuz the offset is stock an it would have rubbed for sure. Here's a pics.

I'm running them on factory Lariat wheels with a .25" spacer and it clears just fine - 35x12.50-20. The only time they rub is at full lock, and that is on the front swaybar. They wear quickly even with routine rotations though. I've been rotating every 5k and they're already in the "wear bars" at a little under 20k. Once they're gone I'll be going to Open Country M/Ts for sure. I got them for right under $1200 to my door, but wish I had just spent the extra money and got Toyos.

I have more pics if you want them.

What brand spacers are you using and do you recommend?

My neighbor said he had an 08 lariat with 20" and 35 x 12.50 dick cepeck and they didn't rub. Hard to believe though. I personally think the tire is too close to the upper ball joint. I would be constantly worried that its going to hit it and cut that 400.00 tire. I'm thinking .25 spacers like the above poster has on his truck.

looks like the longer i wait the more expensive these tires will get... i just want an affordable tire that looks semi-aggressive. i have had nitto terras in the past and i am just wanting something different. a couple websites i have found had the couragia m/t's priced for under 300 a tire.

I am in gadsden by the way. i noticed you werent to far off in Guntersville.
