Default Fast blinkers....

Ok, after a little mishap last month I had to replace both headlights and front bumper. I decided to make a few changes while she was in the shop. I replaced the oem headlights with some aftermarket smoked lights (non projector) and replace the original front bumper with factory fogs with a factory bumper non fogs. Now both left and right blinkers blink fast like there is a bulb out but all bulbs are good. They blink normal in hazard mode. Any suggestions?

resistor needs to be added .. i have had this on sports bikes when i add aftermarket integrated tail light kits ...
you need a resistor to slow it down

Why would that be?m I'm still using 3157a and 194 bulbs in the front assemblies. Had no issues prior.

You install led bulbs? They don't pull enough energy to properly cycle the relays... Add resistors or put regular bulbs in... Or live with hyperflashing.

the system was built for projectors... so now that you dont have them there there is a wiring resistance .. like was mentioned... add resistors or live with it

Prior to this, I replaced the taillights with aftermarket ones that was a complete housing and led's. Never had a problem. The new head light assemblies use regular bulbs and that's what I have installed. Is it possable that not having the factory fogs plugged in is causing an open circuit?

Pretty sure a EP27 flasher relay for LEDs would take care of this.

Hmmm, didn't think of that. So I would just replace the original relay with the EP27?
