Fart sound on acceleration from roll/coast

sorry. 5.4. Unsure of last tuneup. Just purchased the truck a few weeks ago. The craigslist post said he put magnaflow (if I recall correctly) duals on. I just need to get it on the lift and check for myself to see exactly what's been done to it.
I know he (or somebody) put accel coils on. I also know they have a pretty high failure rate. I've ordered replacement plugs and coils. They'll be in as soon as I have a few hours free. I was in a shop I have access to the other night ready to do at least half of them, but the one air gun that had the needed torque (600 pounds; the other one was only like 230) want working. I'll need to pick one up now.
The thing is, what you heard in the video is the quiet version of it. There have been a couple of times where the fart is LOUD!!!!

I would start with fresh SP-515 or 546 plugs and new boots and springs, I guess you already ordered parts.. not sure what COPs you bought.. clean Throttle body and Maf..change fuel filter.. check air box for leaks.. foam gasket fails.
