Default failed inspection

Went thru nj inspection and failed for the computer not being ready. have a custom tune on the truck and it failed inspection, passed 2 years ago with the same tune. No check engine light is on, just not ready. I checked the battery voltage and amps, no hard starts, Looked at the gas cap, trans is crisp, no weird idle/rough idle, even took the custom tune out and drove it for 3 days and 200 miles and is still on..any ideas.

Thanks

Fyi I have an 04 4wd with the 4.6

re-load the tune and complete a drive cycle

I had an inspection fail due to a specific fuse that was out
For some reason this prevented the computer from getting a reading

Check your cigarette lighter. If that isn't working, you need to replace fuse #110. That provides power for the cigarette lighter and the diagnostics connector. This will solve your problem.

Thanks for the input about the fuse with the cigarette lighter. I checked that and drove the 150 mile cycle needed to clear the computer and that was the trick.

Not a problem, man. It's what we're all here for.
