Default Factory Nav Unit

I have a 2006 Lariat Crewcab with Audiofile stereo and the overhead rear seat entertainment. My question is, can I replace my current headunit with a factory Navigation and keep my rearseat entertainment functional?

FWIW you might be able to go with an aftermarket and do what you want. It would probably be a better unit for less money.

My guess would be yes on your question (makes sense that it all would be wired the same) But I have no personal experience with the factory unit.

Every shop I talked to about aftermarket nav said I would lose the RSE. And it doesn't look good about factory nav either
