I could be wrong but all the Raptor Fenders I know of will require a new hood grill bumper and head lights.

the MCNEIL RACING kits are mostly direct bolt on for 04-08 with some mods.

HOOD; on the HOOD you will need to put on 09 or newer hood hinges then make or modify the lower mount bracket for the hooD strut, THEN make/mod your own mount for hood clasp and raise hood bumpstops to max height, then find a place to mount the in grille hood release.

GRILLE; this bolts directly onto headlight bracket included in kit but u need to drill your own fitment holes and possibly bend tweak it to fit.

FENDERS; these use most of the stock mounting holes but i had trouble fitting the lights in the tabs and mounting brackets, u will need to tweak, bend drill your own holes for exact fit. also the stock aluminum rad support piece will probly need to be drilled out to get the wiring harnesss attached to lites. may need minor shimming on top fender mount holes

BUMPERS the upper fiberglass bumperette or whatever you call it[valence] i just drilled and bolted this directly to the two outer fenders with no supports in the midddle except it does rest on top of custom made bumpers that i made myself since i was too cheap to spend over a 1000 for stock or almost 2000 for custom and i kinda like the prerunner look i made anyways and it affords me 6 more inches clearance under bumper for mudding and deep snow offroading.

REAR FENDERS will require massive modification of stock box. you basically cut off whole outer skin from about 4 inches of the top of stock bedrails, then bolt it down to top of bedrail and mod bottom of fender braces to bolt up.
i also had fitment troubles with the rear taillites. i needed to drill my own mount holes 1/2 down from stock holes. i kept factory wiring and filed, fitted rear backup lites into the new tail lites.

this is not intended as directions on how to just give an idea of work involved, hope it helps
