F150 Noise at Speeds > 20 mph
I have a 2005 Ford F-150 STX V8 4.6L with 90,000 miles.
I'm getting a light vibration noise in the front (sounds like a tire is rubbing on a wheel wall) when I go faster than 20 mph and usually only when I am pressing the gas, but it does still make a sound when I take the foot off the gas sometimes. I have 4 new tires, brakes, and rotors and recently had my distributor rebuilt.
Also, there is a vibration when the noise comes on (in both the floorboard and steering wheel). It goes on and off and isn't constant but it has been getting worse. There are no tires rubbing on anything. It does not matter if I'm going strait or turning and I don't think it's the wheel bearing but I could be wrong.
This truck is running me broke... thanks for the input.
