For an 18 year old truck, just buy a used cluster with similar miles and swap it. I wouldn’t waste $600 dollars on programming.

Wasn’t going to spend that kind of $ I can get a used one for $75 but I would like to program it to the mileage can that be sent out or does it have to be programmed in the truck ?
