Default F-150 shocks

I have a 2006 f-150 5.4 liter triton v8 with 70k miles on engine and 100k miles on the actual car itself. I am wondering if should replace the shocks and anything else according to the axels. The tired have been recently replaced. So my question is what should I replace to make my car run smoother and me not being worried about hitting running over curbs( on purpose)?

i've worked on trucks with 250k mi and original shocks, i wouldn't replace them unless they are leaking or you want different ones

So what do you reccomend for messing around and driving over curbs and what not? Is that bad for the car?
