D M, That site looks interesting. Have you tried putting one of the grill decals on? The convex surface would present a challenge I'm thinking.

From what I've seen, if you do a search for "Blackout" you should find some write-ups on how to get the chrome and plastic badgess black. They prep and paint them, then put the Patriot decal lettering on in whatever color is preferred.

Take the badge off of the truck, scuff it up so paint sticks to it, and paint black.Flat or gloss, whatever your preference. Then put your inlays in. Its not too tough. Just take your time.

Try this site. I'm not sure how much it will cost you, but they are awsome looking. There is someone on this site that has them on their truck but I can't remember her name, she has a red fx4 though.

Use fishing line and a hair dryer. Do good prep work and they will turn out like mine!
