Default Extremely rough start when cold!

Eu so is there anyway to help this? I have a 2006 5.4l with a salem supercharger kit.

It starts perfect when warm or even when it's above 60 degrees, But with the winter coming in worried it won't start. Even 50-55 degrees it is rough for 5ish seconds almost like its chugging to start, then boom rpms jump up and I'm good to go.

Is this anything to really worry about or will it be fine in the winter? It does not have a garage to go into either

I'm not 100% my truck got a brand new engine replaced under warranty so whatever the factory spec is I'm guessing. But I do need to change it soon, any suggestions on what I should run, or at least what I should run through winter in bend Oregon. (Snow and ice is common, also going up the mountain for snowboarding).

I would use motorcraft 5w20 and filter. How's your battery? When did you change it last? Could be time if it's not running peak amperage to turn it over.

Hmm I'll get the battery tested and see what they amperage looks like. I think it's good, cause it turns over strong, just once it starts cold the rpms stay around 500-700 for a few seconds and is really rough. And I noticed the "check gauge" pops up and the oil gauge is on L for the few seconds of it running rough. But then it shoots up to 1.2k-1.4k rpms and warms up just fine and the check gauge goes away and oil gauge is normal.

Also I'll use that oil and filter next change just to be safe!
