Ok I've got the 5.4 v8 in my 07 fx4 right now I have the flowmaster 40 series with single in dual out turndowns, I'm wanting to quiet it down just a little and have been thinking about running the pipes out the back, my quistion is should I go straight out of 45ed out the back I'm going with a black tip and how much will this change the sound

it will definitely reduce drone, so it maybe not be a heck of a lot quieter, it will sound like it is from inside the truck.
