Default Exhaust Manifold Torque Spec
Can anyone help me with the Torque spec and sequence on a 2006 5.4 passenger exhaust manifold?

Couldnt find any write ups.

manifold to cylinder nuts = 18 ft lbs
pipe to manifold nuts = 30

as for sequence: tighten from rear to front alternating between the top and bottom.
