Here are some videos, They are not that great as its somewhat hard to hear.

If it is a Cracked Manifold how bad is it to drive it with it cracked?
I was thinking of purchasing the extended warranty from Ford because my 3 yr 36 warranty expired on May 31 of this year. Has anyone had any expierience with their extended warranty? I would think it would not be hard for me to get due to the low mileage.
Just seems odd to me that this has happened with less than 25k miles.

... go ask the dealer about this^ trying to save you some $$ its covered up to 100k miles because its a known ford issue.

Update, Took to dealership and they replaced the warped exhaust manifold under powertrain warranty.
