Default Exhaust/gas smell inside the truck

I recently put new spark plugs in my 2005 f150 and welded in my own flowmaster 40 series muffler. But before I put on the muffler I was smelling an exhaust smell inside the cab at idle or low speeds. I looked and maybe thought I knocked loose a fuel connection at an injector but none found. I did use PB blaster on the plugs to loosen them up. Could it be I'm still burning that off after a month?

Passanger side exhaust manifold leak. Every common, you will pick it up when it cold enough to leave the windows up but not enough to let the truck idle to warm up before driving off.

Put new accel coils on today and re torqued plugs (yes they were all loose) and the smell is gone and runs like new. Thank you all
