I have and 04 ccab 5.4 would like to have dual exhaust. Going with Magnaflow. What size exhaust should it be 2.5" or 3" with Magnaflow tip or without? Looking for a good tone but not rumbling in the cab going down the hwy.

 

Hey, I have an 2005 f150 SCrew, just put on the magnaflow cat back si/do exhaust. Part #16614. Very easy to install and the sound is awesome. I am not a kid anymore and didnt want anything that you could hear 10 block away. Exhaust has an awesome mean deep rumble. Fairly quiet in the cab, you know its there but that is about it. Definately recommend it.

If your going true duals I'd go with 2.25 but if your going with a single in dual out I'd go with 3" then 2.25" after the muffler.
