Default Exhaust

Im going to the exhaust shop in the next couple of days to get my Flowmaster Dual exhaust put on. Thanks to the help from here i have decided to go with:

Original 40 Series Flowmaster SI/DO 2.5" piping, with 4" chrome exhaust tips

I do have a 2008 FX2 Sport F-150 (4.6L v8) and just curious is the piping the right size for the smaller 4.6L v8.

Thanks,

Neirti

You wont have ant issue at all and the flowmasters sound good on the 4.6 even though many people on here dont care for the sound

They sound good but Magnaflows perform better.

My magnaflows are louder and not as raspy as the Flowdisaster 40's.
