Default Engine stutters when I step on the gas

2004 Super Crew, 5.4L with 20K on a rebuild.
Lately, then I accelerate, the engine stutters (shudder might be a better word).
Goes away at highway speed.

When I had the engine redone, the shop said the throttle body would eventually need to be replaced. Does this sound like a throttle body problem?

Any advice would be helpful.

The CEL wasn't coming on until today, but now, yes, it flashes while the engine is "chugging". Goes away at highway speeds. Any ideas?

Classic misfire signs. Last time spark plugs and ignition coils/boots were changed?
I'm gonna assume the plugs were changed with motor. Ignition coil probably going bad. Read codes, should tell you which cylinder.

What is the speed range and RPM range when it occurs? 45-55 mph?

SCORGE. THANK YOU
Yes, new plugs with the motor. The shop replaced one coil with the new motor.
Found a code reader on AutoZone's website.
Will this do the trick?

Yeah, that will work... but you'd be better off spending $20 instead of $30, go on Amazon and get a Bluetooth OBDII reader and put the Torque app on your phone

This is the one I got for $6 and works good with the Torque App
