You have an 09+ model and it runs rough too? Do you have the 4.6L?

When the truck starts missing, it almost sounds like spark knock like when u shut the engine and and try's to keep running with the switch off (puttering sound). Best way to describe it is like an old carburetor engine sputtering on 2 cylinders. Any takers on an diagnosis??? Please

FPDM could be going dead! Check it out by your spare tire! Worth a shot, take it down and if there is holes in it then it's shot

What's the FPDM? And where exactly is it located?

Fuel pump driver module. It's right where the spare tire is on the frame. Drop the spare tire and it's almost directly under the bed next to the driver rear tire. Can't miss it. One wire harness and 2 bolts. Take it off, if there's holes in the back or corroded then it's bad. Here was mine.
