Engine miss/stumble

I set my edge programmer to read the actual fuel tail pressure and it holds at 45.5 with the key on before you start it. After starting it jumps all over. I took it for a short drive and it fluctuated from around 35 to 45 but mostly around 40. Does that mean the FPDM or the fuel pump itself.

Bump. I'm having the same problem with my 2008 4.6L 107k on the clock. Drove great when I went fishing. Then on my way home i felt it shuddering. At the first red light it felt like it was going to konk out.
Then on the beltway the suddering would get worse as I tried accelerating. I havent changed the plus yet. I was lucky enough to get it to the shop parking lot. I'll post an update after they look at it tomorrow.

If it happens on acceleration I would replace your plugs.... then the coil packs if it continues. My truck has issues like this and the plugs fixed it but the coil packs seem to be junk as well.
More issues with the 5.4L....

???????REALLY........Plugs go for any vehicle period. COP's go for any Ford late 90's period. Plugs and COP's causing a stumble are not specific to the 5.4. You read to many negative thoughts on the 5.4 and believe them. I love mine and the 147K trouble free miles.
