I saw some information about about the 5.4L engines having some issues. I also saw that the engines were a lot better when the engines were regularly maintain(sounds sort of obvious). There were some suggestions about some preventative maintenance, and I was wondering if anyone had suggestions for a motor with 180k. I don't have a lot of records so I'm just going to have to assume that it's time for the engine to be serviced. Any suggestions and experiences would be great, I've only had the F150 for a couple of months.

check brakes and rotors
PS fluid
Brake fluid (flush if it's really bad)
