Default engine load

Just curious anyone with a programmer what does your engine load % read at idle and at 60mph? I'm reading 30% load at idle and in park is this normal on the 4.6 with 88k?

I have no experience with tuners and their sophisticated gauging , so whether that's normal load I have no clue. but consingering a bad cat plugs the exhaust flow, in some cases to an extreme which causes excessive heat, the engine will indeed be working harder
