Engine fail safe mode???

I started my truck today and all of sudden a engine fail safe mode light came on!!! Hooked it up to a computer and said my Throttle Actuator CTRL system came up.
What should I do?
What is this?

I have a f-150 2005

clean your throttle body and re-set your codes.
