Angry engine clicking???

I have an 05' F150 and its been making a clicking noise for some time now...but only when the engine warms up. It sounds like a diesel..ive been told it sounds like a cam phaser issue...if anyone knows or has any ideas i would appreciate the help..thanks!

it could also be bearings worn out on the roller rockers or lifter issues. i have seen it before a couple of times once the cam was even worn

Is there a certain mileage that the cam phaser issue comes into play or is it random? My 06 has ~55K miles.
