Default eletrical problems

I have a 04 f150 5.4, only had it a week and the gauges, radio, dome light, power windows go off and on, usually they dont work in morning on way to work, but they work when i come home, if i shut it off with them not working the battery goes dead, they work just fine after a jump start, then the next morning dont work again a couple of times they did pop back on when driving, dealership wont return my phone calls already had tranny problems wouldnt do nothing about that either told me to put lucas tranny treatment and call back in a few days, now wont return calls. truck has 90,000 miles so it didnt come with warrenty but i havent even put 200 miles on it since i have gotten it. so much for customer service, i guess i just got a lemon and they knew it when they sold it

Thats bull!! I would take the truck back and demand to speak with the service manager & sales manager.. It may be different in the states but where I live you have a 1 month warranty by law on used vehicle's. Electrical can be very expensive when it's you who is paying the tab. Good luck!

I would go to the dealer and not call, it is hard to ignore someone in the dealership. I would go in and be very polite but firm, if they don't want to help you start getting a little loader so people can hear you,

Check your laws the dealers may be held to a different standard. here if you buy a used car from a private person it is buyer be ware but I do not know about a dealer.

Yep. Face to face. Start out nice. Be firm. Escalate if need be.
