Do the simple things first, check your fuses and all the connections that feed off the battery. If all looks good take your alternator in for a check.

All of the fuses look good, I'm worried I did something to the electrical system..... the lights go on and off, and the radio won't turn on, how should I check the wiring?

^^ what he said. Most auto parts places will check your battery and charging system free. Start there.
