Default Electrical Problem... Help!!!

Recently changed my battery in my 04 F-150. After doing so, I left for work. When I got there, I shut the truck off and opened the door. When I did so, the radio stayed on and all power (to power windows etc...) stayed on also until battery saver kicked in and turned power off. I looked at all fuses and they are all good. Now the tail lights aren't working however brake lights and blinkers work fine. Checked bulbs and both are fine. My guess is that the computer needs to be reprogramed but thought I would check on here to see if anybody else had any similar issues or could help in any way. Thanks

Try diconnecting and rehooking your battery. Wait atleast two minutes to let the electrical flow discharge out of your truck. The computer shouldn't need to be reprogrammed unless you did something do it before possibly.

I unhooked the battery for about 10-15 mins last night and when I hooked it back up, the headlights flash once. Other than that I did not notice any difference.
