This problem has been going on for about a week now.
Every time I turn my truck off take the key out and open the door the radio is staying on instead of turning off.( it doesn't turn off eventually but not because the door opened). If I go around to the passenger side and open the door it turn off like its supposed to. Any idea what's wrong and how to fix it?

Check to make sure your driver door switch is working properly. Do your interior lights come on when you open your door?

No not the driver side. If I open the pass/ it works.
I'm truck stupid. How do I know if my sensor is working? Oh yeah and where is it. Lol. Sorry newbie on this kind of stuff

When you open your driver door, the switch is the plunger looking thing between the 2 hinges. I haven't had to do anything with my door switch, so not to sure exactly how to get to the switch. You may want to try doing a search for more helpful info.
