Default Electrical Problem

I have a 2005 F 150 FX4. Lately, I noticed the first two settings of the air conditioning/heater blower do not work but the third and fourth seem to work okay. Also, at night, when the dashboard illumination lights come on, the light that illuminates the compass/diagnostic area does not come on. Finally, the radio sounds "weird" when the aux input is used, like a subwoofer is not working properly, though I'm not exactly. Could this be a circuit breaker issue or related to the recent airbag recall? Any advice would be a great help. Thanks.

Your A/C problem I can help. It's a resistor located behind the glovebox. Looks like a credit card with a wire on it stuck in a slot with some screws holding it in. Takes about five minutes to fix if that long. I believe there is a thread on here with step by step replacement guide and pics.
