I want to thank everyone for their help I fixed it. It turned out to be the light bulbs themselves how both hi beams go out at the same time is weird but at least she's fixed now I just have to fix the driver side window switch and finish my blue dash light mod got the new bulbs just to lazy lol

Had a similar issue drive me up a wall when I worked at the dealer until the owner told me "oh by the way I put aftermarket bulbs in if it matters"

That's why I mentioned it in my initial post, glad that's all it was.
