I have a 2006 XLT, supercrew 4x4 with the 5.4L. I just replaced the factory 3rd brake light assembly with an aftermarket LED version. Everything plugged together perfect, but now most of the interior electronics aren't working. Power windows, instrument cluster, stereo, map and dome lights, as well as turn and brake lights, all nonfunctional. The park light, dash lights, power mirrors, and 12v power port work. Any help on locating the short or bad fuse would be a great help.

 

After market without support is not good . They cause all kinds of problems the first of all is your cruise control is not going to work .
They say we have your money go away .

I forgot to mention that, cruises control also doesn't work.

 

Electrical problems sorted out. After changing back to PAM bulbs, and searching every fuse with a test light it turned out to be 4 bad fuses.
