Default electrical gremblin!

I've looked at other posts but I can't seem to find the same problem elsewhere. (I could just be a bad searcher) I have an 06' ext. cab, 5.4L, XLT - All factory equipped.
Problem:
I'll be driving along (most noticeably at night) when my headlights will start to get dimmer, my blower motor for heat/AC will have a reduction in power, the instrument panel/radio lights will also get dimmer. This last for maybe 5 seconds then everything just kicks back to full power. It's intermittent of course but will usually happen about 4 or 5 times on a 20 mile drive. I took it to the dealership because it's still under warranty. The tech said he replaced the battery, but that obviously did not fix the problem. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

it sounds like you have a bad voltage regulator or bad alternator.

I do not know about fords yet but the voltage regulator may be built into the alternator
