Default Electric draw.

2004 f150 5.4 2 wheel drive 295,000 mile. Less than $1000 dollars in non-wear parts so far.
Worsening electrical draw on battery. started a few weeks ago would kill battery overnight, now it drains to the point where it won't start in a coup[le of hours, 6 month old battery tests good. Alternator 1 year old charging fine. I have been super busy with my business but now I have some time to check it out. Trying the old school test light from the negative terminal to disconnected negative cable..
I have a strongly pulsing light, goes from very dim to full bright. Any suggestions of where to look? Also have the issue where it loses power to the accessory delay relay and have been told that is the instrument cluster, is this related?
Thank you in advance if anyone can advise.

Pulsing seems to be the fuel pump, I can hear it keeping time with the light, should the pump be running with ignition off?

No. Now the fun part is finding out why it is staying on.

FPDM shorting out and keeping the pump running comes to mind.
