Default Electric door lock issue

Have 2010 super crew and the left rear door lock will not work. Other 3 doors lock work fine. Changed out door lock in door with new one and still does not work.
Told that there is a module that works each door module but have no idea where it is located. Is there a module for each door?? or does on module work all 4 doors.
Any ideas on what to do next??
TIA
Rick

It all runs through the smart junction box which I believe is in the right front kick panel.

Check with a 12 Volt test light to see if you even have power to the lock actuator when operating it.

I do have power at the plug in the door. There is no movement or clicking at the actuator when I hit the lock/unlock switch. The switch will lock the other doors but as soon as the lock they then unlock.
I do have the doors open when I tried this.

Is there any way to know for sure it is the module?
The actuator is new but I have no way to know that it is any good. Could be a bad part.
Old actuator did not do anything when we tried it once I got it out so I installed the new one.
It was the lowest cost one I could find online so I hope I didn't scammed.

Do You have the procedure to access the control module? Are the left and right modules the same?
