I am trying to update my edge evo because I haven't updated it since I bought it and I am not real good with computers I tried downloading the program thing from the website and I got the first one downloaded but when I click on the second one to download nothing happens and when I try to ope the program I did get to download nothing it says I don't have the right software. What can I do to get this updated

 

I got it to update I think when it is done updating do I have to rewrite my tunes again
