My edge tuner feels stronger on lvl 1 but every shift its like struggling to get into gear or hiccups I don't know but it's messed up any one else's tuner do this? I'm thinking about gettig rid of it

 

Have you called Edge directly? I would try that first...

I have read thousands upon thousands of reviews of this tuner, as it's my next mod... haven't seen anybody that isn't super impressed with it. I think I saw a total of 6-10 negative reviews out of a few thousand lol

 

Mines been just a complete joke only think its done that I've liked is helped with shifting my trans doesn't squeal or slip anymore, but a couple times it wouldnt let my truck rev over 4000 rpm, lvl 1 feels stronger then lvl 3 but doesn't shift properly at full throttle, I wanna call edge so bad but I don't wanna deal with sending it back over the border....

 

It sounds like you have a problem with your truck. As the edge manual says, it can expose defects in your PCM. Were you using premium fuel on level 3? When I had crappy plugs in my truck and was misfiring all the time I could go past 4000 rpm at WOT.
I'm just sayin man....
I'll bet if you call edge they can send a software update rather than making you send the tuner back to the states

 

I thought it was my truck to? But on extreme it runs n shifts mint and I only run esso supreme it gets regular maintance done by the dealer is it safe to to use lvl 2 with supreme fuel? Ill see how that tune runs tmr

And when it governs my truck at 4 I just reload the tune and it's fine again,

I also sent edge a email stating my problems
