Edge programmer settings

where would i go to buy another cable for my edge programmer?....i believe i have a bad cable because it shuts off randomly all the time. and i cant seem to find a website that just sells the obd2 cable

Just go to the edge website itself. Depending on how long ago you bought your programmer it may still be under warranty and you can get a free replacement cable. Just give Edge a call and see what they can do for you. I've never had a bad experience with their customer service.

Ok so not sure were in my tuner that I need to go to change the timing, shift firmness? I have an evolution and can't seem to find that option. Any help would be great. Thank u

Click menu. Click Power Programing. Select what level tune you want and when it asks if you want to select custom settings. Click yes. Scroll through all the options and select what you want.

Ok but when I select custom tune it doesn't let me change shift and timing.doesnt give those as options

Ok but when I select custom tune, timing and shift firmness are not options listed.
