Edge install
First I must say that I was very impressed with how much difference the Edge made in the drivability of the truck. I tune LSxx cars and know what can and cannot be realistically gained with changing stock parameters and optimizing a few areas that are pretty low from the factory, but this was really worth the money
My question
If I select level 2 and write the calibration, then go back in and do a custom tune and add a few things (firmer shift, little more timing, etc) does that add in addition to the level two, or to the stock tune?
My question

I'm glad you like it. Mine definitely makes a difference as well and makes driving much more fun.
Anything you change will be in addition to what Level "X" would have done for the truck.
That's what I had hoped. When I install my duals, Ill install a O2 bung for my wideband and should be able to dial in the WOT pretty easy. Then hook up the scanner and max the timing for the highest I can run without KR
It definetly added some "fun factor" to it.
Oh, and watching the instant and average mpg helped me get some awesome gas mileage on the way to work
