I messed with my lock/unlock settings and found them to do nothing but make my truck downshift funky and odd.

Also my shift firmness is 1-2: +8, 2-3: +8 and 3-4: +6

Try taking your 3-4 WOT down to 4600 or 4700, you will break into the 6 second range. I hit the low 7's on occasion. Ambient air temperature seems to have a big impact on my times. Under 60 degrees and it runs so good!

Rev limiter @ 5500
WOF is at +1.75
Timing @ +.50 (I run 91 Octane)

I do have true dual exhaust, Gotts mod with AEM dryflow filter, tune up of plugs, rebuilt COP's and all filters in the last 3K miles. Also cleaned the throttle body and MAF. My truck is an 07 with the 3.55 gears and Supercrew 2wd.
And you hit 60 in under 6 seconds? I really doubt that. I wouldn't trust the Edge to be accurate if that's what it's reporting.

5.96 seconds to be exact, my tire size is 285/50/20, so my entered diameter is 2441. I doubt it as well. Usually it is right at 6.2-6.5 seconds. The more accurate test is the 1/4 mile, which is always right at 89-90mph and 15-16 seconds. If I had faster reaction times, I could get to the mid 14 range. I know the Edge is not 100% accurate, so I dont hold much stock in the 5.96 second run. But as far as low 6's, its very consistent, but those could be low 7's for all I know!!

Sorry, my tire size is 2491mm. Just did another 0-60 time tonight on my way home, in 95 degree heat, it was 6.38 seconds, about normal for me. I rarely mess with my setting now. I cant see how PHP or 5 star can tune it to run better than 6.2-6.5 seconds.
