Default Edge Evolution CS - Cold Weather Issues?

I think my programmer died after the second night with a low of -15*F. The screen will not turn on and it beeps twice when I start & shut off he truck. Anyone have a similar issue? Nothing else failed on the truck, the battery did not die.

Mine has done similar things in extreme heat. Have you tried unplugging and taking inside to thaw out and plug back in? -15 is awful cold.

I have a hard wired Garmin GPS in my truck that has done the same thing the past 2 days. Comes on as temps become more tolerable. Has dropped to -10 or 15 the past 2 nights.

I will try to bring it inside to warm/thaw it. I called Edge and they said the 2 beeps means it's stuck in recovery mode. They told me to update it with the Fusion software to see if that lets it recover.

Ok, so the programmer has been inside all day to warm up and still the same - black screen and 2 beeps at start up. So, my question - If I update the programmer to try and get it out of recovery mode, will I loose my stock tune that is currently saved in the programmer?

Ok, so I got out of recovery mode using the Fusion software. It has stopped beeping and the screen back-light is now on, but no gauges are visible and the screen/buttons are non-responsive.

Fusion says the next step is to update the programmer, but I've read you have to return the truck back to stock first - which I cannot do since the programmer screen blank.

Thoughts?
