Get a custom tune from PHP, then you won't have that issue.

I'm not sure of another way besides going back to stock. If you purchased a programmer from PHP, a custom tune will cost you $30. If you picked it up from someone else, it'll be $60.

In my opinion, it's worth it so as to avoid any damage to the truck while also having better performance over the canned tunes. I ordered one tune, it was processed about a week later (March 5th) and the estimated date for it to be ready is March 19th.

So you'd have to allow for some time before getting them if you decide to go for that.

I haven't read the entire thread so I am not sure if this has been mentioned or not. But if your worried about it, you may want to start here at the Edge website, it looks like they have a program now for CAI's.
