The Gryphon is a re-badged edge that allows for custom tuning. The company is Power Hungry Performance and they charge $45 to convert and then $$ for the tunes.
Check it out for specifics.

I am pretty sure it is just the belt slipping as my edge is set on level 3 and my shifts are very firm. What i want to know is there a way to eliminate it?
I used to drive around in an E350 with the 5.4L and it would squeal the serpentine belt when shifting at WOT. My F150 4.6L hasn't had this problem yet, but I tend to let off the throttle just a tad bit to make it shift (then I get back down on the gas). If you're going to try a belt dressing, be sure to read the directions on the can first because a lot of dressings say not to be used on serpentines. I'd try one of the higher grade belts that the other guys mentioned.

check to see at what rpm you are shifting. the motor reaches max hp @ 4750rpm. once i found this out, i set the wot shift @ 4900 in 1-2, and 2-3. set @ 4600 for 3-4. not only did this stop the squeak, my 0-60 improved. my shift firmness is @ 15 across all gears.
