Maybe someone here can shed some light on my tuner issues... I have an Edge Evo CS with the 5.4 3v running with a K&N drop in filter and MBRP true free-flow exhaust. I ran on the set level 1 tune for a month, only changing shift firmness to 12-12-9 and was pretty happy with how it ran. I was getting 23-25 hwy mileage using 93 octane, and it had good power throughout the spectrum. I've been doing some reading on here about the level 3 with custom settings, and decided to give it a try to get some added power. When I changed to level 3 I set the Timing to +1.5, the WOT Fuel to 1.8, rev limiter 5450. shift points 1-2=5300, 2-3=5300, 3-4=5000. I don't know how free flow exhaust affects these settings, but it seems to be all-around, a lot more sluggish than using the level 1 tune. Also, my hwy mileage dropped to about 18-19 mpg. Has anyone running free-flow had any luck with custom settings for the level 3 tune?

Mods:
Edge Tuner Evo CS, Full length headers, MBRP Free-flow Exhaust, 4-wheel PowerStop Disc brakes with cross-drilled/slotted rotors, 265/70/R17 BFG All-Terrain T/A's 3" Level Kit, Moog Front Suspension, rear air bags, Rancho shocks, full tow package, K&N drop-in air filter, HID kit, A.R.E. fiberglass bed cover, Viper Security/remote start, Kenwood DNX6180 Touch-screen NAV/DVD/Bluetooth unit, Rockford Fosgate Components, Kicker 12", 2012 F-150 FX4 badges.

If anyone wants a Edge Evolution 15051 for the 04-08s, I have mine from my totaled truck. PM me. I would prefer someone from South Louisiana but am open to shipping. I will be updating it soon. It was returned to stock as well.
