Default Edge Evo CS Performance Test

Anyone know of any places in San Antonio TX where I could do my 0-60 Edge Evo CS performance test legally?...lol. I'd like to see out of curiosity how Thunder has been doing, but would like to do it legally of course. I have a PERFECT driving record and would like to keep it that way.

I'd just find a nice highway with the speed limit at 60 but that has lights, be the first one on a red light, then gun it! Haha, only other thing I can think of is taking it to a track/drag strip.

I'm right by loop 1604 and there are at least 3 sets of lights before the main road, but I would have to get lucky and be the 1st one in line when it turns green/red...lol

drive in circles, when light turns yellow slow down ahead of time and take the first slot. Who cares of people get mad you didnt gun it on a yellow, youll never see them again.

Only thing I can think of by doing that is getting an "Unsafe take-off" ticket. One of my friends got one after he floored it from a stop light. Out of town would probably be best.

backroads or take it to the track if you are that worried. Or chance it that you won't get caught. I know there's a track by my place that does stock cars/trucks once a week. I've never done it but I think you have to be running water instead of antifreeze. I've been interested for the Sunbeam Tiger. I don't really care about the trucks performance.
