so when you swap over can this support a supercharger or once i get my s/c i should just sell it?

For proper tuning they'll want you to go there to dyno your truck unless you live in a bigger city where you could setup an event for dyno tuning.
Most surchargers come with a programmer that get it close enough till you get it dyno'd so its up to you, since I believe they're located in Georgia.

Their websites forum has a lot more info as well, just saw a post related to this and I don't think they felt comfortable tuning without a dyno for obvious reasons.

Most likely roadtrip or have a local dyno tune it and use your evo for the gauges/sell it. Up to you.
