Plug the programmer into your PC, and run the fusion software. It might repair the programmer if its fixable.. After the programmer is repaired, DO NOT UPDATE the programmer if you have a custom tune..

Was there any condensation or water that could have gotten into the connection. I know it is cold but it happened to my buddy. When he dried it out it worked fine.

No truck has been completely shut during the little bit of snow we got. All it does is beep.

Hi.

If the unit is beeping, it's unlikely the fuse is gone. (2 seconds to swap in a new one, though.)

OP - I found this on PHP's forum - there are also a few other hits via Google - apparently this happens to some folks.

http://forum.gopowerhungry.com/gryph...ing-sound.html

And here:

https://www.f150forum.com/f4/i-need-...cs-bad-149904/

http://www.f150online.com/forums/chi...wont-turn.html

I'd do the simple things first. Bring it inside and warm it up, disconnected ( to bleed residual p/s charge ). While doing that load-test the battery, or put it on a maintainer (good idea anyway in the cold). PLug it back in and try again. If no workee, refer to the steps in the linked threads.

And heed what Especial86 said. It'll be a stone biotch if you lose yer custom tune files ( although, PHP will recover those for you - will take some time, hence the warnings on their site)

Good luck!
