Default EBC Brakes

Are the EBC brakes and rotors worth the cost? Just to replace the front is just over $400. I'm looking at replace the front rotors with the GD7177 and the yellowstuff pads DP41696-2R. I do some minor hauling and trailering.

I have EBC's all around with sloted & dimpled rotors & green stuff pads.
I don't tow but, my truck is running 305/35-24" wheels/tires, stops better, no brake dust.
Been on 3 year now, I like them.
Are they worth the $ ?
Would I do it again ?
Yah
Is there anything out there as good for less $ ?
I've seen post about NAPA parts that are less $, and it looks as if they (posters) think there stuff is good.

I got a complete set of Slotted/Drilled rotors, front and back, off of eBay for way less than $400. All i had to do was get my own bearings and press them in. That was 30k ago and all are doing great (although my stock calipers suck still). I am also running Hawk Brake Pads, 35x12.5R20.

i have the Hawk LTS pads and like them, for rotors i got brake performance slotted ones, so far im impressed with both, and my cost was about 430 for the whole truck front and back.

Noticable improvement running EBC slotted rotors and 7000 Green pads over OE. Got mine from Summit.
