Dual Same Side versus Dual Split Rear
Just joined the Forum....WOW.....Tons of knowledgable folks.....Tons of Information.....
I have an 06 F150 Lariat, Supercrew, 6.5" Bed, and I'm trying to decide on what would be the best setup; pros and cons for a New Exhaust System. I don't want "Loud" and "No" Resonance in the Cab:
1a. Dual Same Side Exit In Front of Tire (MagnaFlow System; 16616)?
1b. Dual Same Side Exit Behind the Tire (Gibson System; 69204)?
2a. Dual Split Rear Exit (MagnaFlow System; 16614)?
2b. Dual Split Rear Exit (Gibson System; 69523)?
3a. Dual Split Angled Rear (Gibson System; 69008)?
Any/All help would be appreciated!

Welcome to the site and thanks for the VERY imformative post.
I would go with 2b or 2a, they both will send the majority of the sound out behind your truck, making it quiet inside the cab.
If you really want the best of both worlds, performance and something that is VERY quiet along with saving lots of $$$, go to a exhaust shop and tell them you want a single in/ dual out (Si/Do) with a Magnaflow muffler. Prefferably #12588, this muffler is VERY long and has a larger body to it which will make it extremely quiet but will have some sound at WOT.

Dual Same Side versus Dual Split Rear
Thanks...LoveTheTide for your knowledgable response. Two follow up questions.......
Which Setup Group is the Loudest (I suspect it's Group 1)?
Which Setup Group (Regardless of How Loud) generates the "Most" Power, and which "One" within each Group generates the "Most" Power?
Group 1
1a. Dual Same Side Exit In Front of Tire (MagnaFlow System; 16616)?
1b. Dual Same Side Exit Behind the Tire (Gibson System; 69204)?
Group 2
2a. Dual Split Rear Exit (MagnaFlow System; 16614)?
2b. Dual Split Rear Exit (Gibson System; 69523)?
Group 3
3a. Dual Split Angled Rear (Gibson System; 69008)?

Dual Same Side versus Dual Split Rear
Thanks guys for all of your input.......I'm really impressed with everyone's knowledge!!
(2) last follow questions.......
Which Exhaust System, regardless of "How/Where" the Exhaust Exits.......generates the "Most" Power (More Flow Through Design)?
1. Gibson
2. Magnaflow
Last Question.......When considering Gibson and Magnaflow......is there "Another" manufacturer's Exhaust System that generates "More" Power than the (2) listed above?
Thanks a ton!
